How we work
Design, then five days
Eventica is not a subscription you configure alone over a quarter. Each event is set up with you, and then handed to your team to run.
1. The event
We start with the event itself. The programme structure, the languages, the audience, the delegations, the sponsors, and where the data has to sit.
2. The design
Every event gets its own design. We agree the look of the site, the app and each widget before anything is built, because the design is what makes the platform belong to the event rather than to us.
3. Five days
Once the design is agreed, the first working version is standing in five days. The site, the apps and the backoffice, with your content in place.
4. Your team takes over
From that point your team works directly in the backoffice. Content, structure, languages, participants, meetings, sponsors. Changes reach the web and both apps immediately.
5. During the event
Our team stays available while the event is running. Programmes move, speakers cancel, rooms change, and changes go live in minutes.
6. The next edition
The next edition starts from what you already built. Structure, content, questionnaires and participant data carry over.
Who does the work
Some organisers want to run everything themselves once the platform is standing. Others want us to keep doing it. Both are normal, and neither costs you speed, because the changes happen in the same backoffice either way.
Commercial model
Eventica is engaged per event, or under an annual agreement covering a programme of events. What that includes depends on the scale of the event and how much of the work you want to keep in house.
See it running
A demo on a live system, not a slide deck. Tell us about the event and we will show you the backoffice, the site and the apps as they actually work.
