Deployed where your event requires it
For events of this profile, where the data sits and whose name is on the app are not technical footnotes. They are part of the decision. Eventica is built to answer both before anyone asks.
1
Hosting in your jurisdiction
Eventica is deployed to the region your event requires. For events in Saudi Arabia, participant data is hosted in country on Google Cloud. The same principle applies anywhere else: you tell us where the data has to stay, and that is where the platform runs.
Each event is deployed separately, on its own domain.
2
Apps under your own accounts
The iOS and Android apps can be published on your organisation's developer accounts rather than ours. The listing, the reviews, the analytics and the data belong to you, and they stay with you after the event.
If you would rather not manage store accounts, we publish under ours and hand over whenever you want to take it on.
3
Who can publish what
Roles and permissions are set per event. A content editor, a protocol officer, a sponsorship manager and an external agency each get access to their own part of the platform and nothing else.
Nothing reaches participants because one person had a login with more reach than intended.

4
Translations under your control
Every translation is entered and approved by your team before it goes live. Nothing in Eventica is machine translated.
On a programme where titles, ministries and official designations carry weight, an approximate translation is not a small error. We would rather wait for your approval than guess.
5
Delegations and visibility
VIP delegations can be given their own content and their own visibility. Who appears in a participant list, who can request a meeting with whom, and what a given group sees in the app are all decisions the organiser makes.
6
Independent testing
We arrange an independent penetration test of your deployment on request, and share the findings with your security team.
