Programme and content
Sessions, speakers, tracks, content pages, articles and pillars. Every screen assembled from widgets you turn on, off or reorder as the event evolves. Documents and presentations available for download in the app.
Participants and access
Registration, or import from the system you already use. QR scanning at the entrance, at session doors and for attendance records. Participants scan each other to exchange contacts.
Meetings
Matchmaking from a questionnaire your team designs. One to one or group meetings, scheduled against the live programme with rooms and time slots managed in the system. One to one chat between participants. Notes kept against each meeting.
On the day
Push notifications from the organiser. Polls, voting and audience questions inside the app. Venue maps and room plans. Every participant has their own agenda, in their own language, with sessions, confirmed meetings and personal items in one timeline.
Sponsors, exhibitors and delegations
Sponsors and exhibitors as their own area of the platform. Separate content and reserved seating for VIP delegations.
After the event
Attendance, session by session participation, saved sessions, and meetings requested against meetings held.

At a summit, the programme is the reason people come and the meetings are the reason they stay. Eventica handles both in one place.
A participant requests a meeting with one person or several. The system schedules it against the live programme, in a real room, in a free slot, without clashing with sessions. Notes stay with the meeting.
When the event closes, the organiser knows which meetings happened, where, and who was in the room.
First version in five days
Once the design is agreed, your platform is standing in five days. From that point your team edits it directly, for as long as the event lives.
Data and hosting
Your data stays where you need it
Eventica is deployed where your event requires it. For events in Saudi Arabia, participant data is hosted in country on Google Cloud. Other regions, the same principle.
Mobile apps can be published under your own developer accounts, so the listing, the reviews and the data belong to you.
Roles and permissions control who can publish what. Translations go live only once your team approves them.
Matchmaking you can explain
Participants answer a questionnaire your team designs in the backoffice. Matching follows rules you set, so every suggested meeting can be explained to a participant, a delegation or a sponsor.
